my calcs were on stated peak sales for trof for Rett only from company (US) and Pitt St report(ROW). You are quite right in pointing out that it is likely to end up being approved for Fragile X (another huge opportunity) and to also end up being off label prescribed which I don't think anyone is taking into account (except hopefully Treagus when negotiating)
