You raise a good point, but it's also a "boring" business operating in a niche space. I'd much prefer they continue focussing on ensuring they are a great business and continuing to make wise, value accretive decisions than focussing on price action.
In the meantime we're blessed with the opportunity to continue buying what's in my view, a business at a cheap price, whilst taking a reasonable dividend with true capital growth potential, over a 3-5 year time horizon.
I also note the business continues looking for new hires across the states, as per my search on Seek today.
