my view is breakeven. Production at 35.5k less domestic obligation gives then around 21-23k to them at a price of $50 US over the three months so revenue $1mil US possibly $1.1M at a stretch depnding on the domestic obligation sliding scale. Then production costs from their last quartrely looking forwrad was expected to be $700k admin, $200k and dev at $200k gives them breakeven or possible a loss. All figures in USD
Reading the quarterlies is interesting, the $20 US per barrel is including the barrels that get sold into the DO, (as far as I can tell) so I work out actual production cost at about $32 US per barrel, then the admin costs are $200k per quarter, poss less going forward but on 27k from the dec quarter report its 27k and $238k US admin so $8.80 per barrel admin.
Hey Piggy got any views or shall I just go back to my cot again?
