    I dont trust they will even list in April.. Can will be kicked down the road. Very disappointing for small investors. We have no say in all this and cant even write off our investment until they relist. This can will be kicked down the road further and further.

    I do not understand why they need 3 more months if Perich family has agreed to put in the $200m?
