I am in rural Victoria, and the Coles stocks Tassals. And I think Huon, Ocean Blue and John West - though I think Tassals has the pride of place in terms of positioning and size. Though that's only smoked salmon.
With regard to fresh salmon, it's Coles Branded (Petuna?) and John West at a significant premium price.
