Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Mark. He's grown this thing spectacularly and often in a very hositle environment. I've been grilling him for 10 years on results and we have a good relationship. He's just very slippery on detail, often because he doesn't want competitors or customers to be aware of true margin and strategy. No problem from me.
I'll back him to grow consumption per kilo of prawns. Consistency, branding, recipes (make them more normal meals rather than special occasion) and marketing will work just like salmon did.

BTW. with stock markets under the pump this one has a low multiple, high yield and sells food. We don't have to buy clothes every day on BNPL but we do have to eat!
