Just picked up my weekly fish from a Melbourne wholesaler. Reckons they are getting completely smashed (in a good way) with all the restaurants starting up and wanting supply.
Problem is (like many) they've reduced staff so they're struggling. I reckon we'll be booming down here within a month.
