Domestic salmon prices strong and immune to Covid 19 Shorts basing their shorts in Nasdaq salmon hog prices which has got nothing to do with Tassal whose salmon sales are all done domestically, only with marginal excess supply sold internationally. Why else was 1Q FY21 sales actually up. Wrong stock shorts. Shorting close to 70% of daily traded volume to get the price down 1 cent is not exactly working is it? Just digging themselves a bigger hole as super funds snap up the cheap shares. You would think shorters are sophisticated but they don’t seem to do basic research. Add prawns EBITDA targeting 20Ktonnes volume by 2030, the EPS is expected to rise sharply.
