all you can do is continually vote against all motions and directors or sell your shares until governance improves. Ask yourself this, what percentage of the rise from 7.50 in Feb to 17.50 today was due to management actions, and what percentage was due to external factors driving the business? Now compare that answer with the amount shareholders have paid management for that.
It's disgusting the amount of options was not amended by the board.
