I am not normally an activist shareholder but the idea of the 'C-suite' getting remunerated ~$150k (at today's SP) in the form of 1.5m shares each for giving up some of their salary during COVID is unpalatable when the shareholders were diluted by ~40% by the capital raising. I urge all shareholders to VOTE AGAINST this at the AGM, and it is proposed they receive compensation in the form of options at a strike price of 10c.
