    Share the Risk, Share the Rewards: Performance based rewards, not this (insert your own term here, snouts, troughs, gouging, etc.).
    You have my votes, Gambit555, unless someone has a better idea (I have a LOT of votes BTW, LTHolder/accumulator).
    Insulting to shareholders is how I read this.
    Anyone edify me?
