Good Afternoon All,

I, along with others, were unable to attend the AGM due to the WA border restrictions. I understand that the only officers present were Jeff Edwards and John Palermo. I was advised what happened at the AGM by an associate. The meeting was opened and the Chairman at the meeting advised that the resolutions relating to the Directors Incentive shares had been removed from the resolutions. There was no address or presentation however I am aware that Jeff Edwards had prepared a presentation for the meeting but it was not presented.
