I agree, it is a highly irrational valuation, but market does not trust PAC management and the opaqueness of their disclosures, are an ongoing issue for potential investors.
Too many moving parts to get a handle on.
Today was another day of disappointment for PAC shareholders, as the stock drifts lower. Something has to change!
