NRW are a mine infrastructure building business, not a financier. CXO will need to negotiate with NRW to supply the plant, equipment and workers to build and operate the plant at a cost per tonne mined. If NRW was interested in financing the project, they would just buy it and run it as their own business, thus keeping all the profits. If they think that Core and the Finnis project won’t be able to pay them they will walk.
