Crazy $875k EV valuation here given clean structure and new project prospects through Toga's connections.
I also cant see how the shareholder issues would hold up any acquisition given the ownership %'s in question (but could be wrong).
$6.3m market cap - $320k cash - $4.5m SYR holding - $584k investments in non listed entities = $875k EV
No debt and extremely clean capital structure - not sure what's not to like here but I'm happy to patient
