On 14 August 2019 the Company issued 5,000,000 options to Andrew Chapman with an exercise price of 6 cents per share and anexpiry date of 14 August 2022. The options will be subject to exercise restrictions and will vest upon defining a minimum Inferredresource (at either the Tennant Creek Project or the Mt Remarkable Region) of no less than 250,000 ounces of Au at an average gradeof no less than 6 grams per tonne. The fair value per option at grant date is $0.0068 and if vesting conditions are met the futureexpense to be recognised is $33,872.
