The Annual Report covers the period only until end of FIN year. Since then we have had raised many millions and our position is extremely good looking forward. The "only" need to possibly raise more capital would be for a saturated infield drilling program of either TC or Mt Remarkable. Ie: drill the "bugger" out of it to provide a Resource figure for a JORC. Min target size would seem to be 250,000 oz. The $2 Million Private Placement showed its not so hard to raise such an amount.
MMs response "That's a typical cautionary statement by market regulations. They have to include that or else they cannot release the annual report." is also correct and one must remember that KRR is an "Explorer" at this current stage looking at becoming a producer [miner] in the near future.
