When they did a CR, brokers would have given them a valuation and that valuation came to be $1.70 due to the risks WEB is facing with amount of cash burn on a monthly basis. (It's now worth $20M less than what was reported end of June because it's now nearly end of August).
Every business and financial analyst reports on the tourism market is all betting on an effective vaccine.
But due to the rush in testing; some countries are willing to accept 50% efficacy of a vaccine. So meaning half of the population will not be immunized or will have side effects of the vaccine or both.
I think SP is going to be closer to $1.70 than it is $3
