Alright I withdraw that remark. In its place I simply point out that the Chair of SGC just sold 50,000,000 shares (held as a 1/3 interest) in XST (being the project partner in all of SGC’s current projects) through a third party company shareholding, and this was not disclosed to the market other than through the fact that the T20 register changed and someone happened to notice. I also point out that if SGC and XST were one company instead of two then it’s very likely that this would not have been able to occur without a change in directors interest notice being announced through the ASX.
