Fair Enough but why are directors selling when there is a price sensitive program going on. What's the urgency? They should be the last in line or if not at least do it directly rather than using a different entity, so that people can make informed decisions.
There may be other reasons to form a new company and move around and it will be good to know those reasons and have a transparent discussion.
