It's a company with a $3bn market value; that value has to be supported by Profits of around $120m, so a P/E of almost 25 times.
Rather than it flying under the radar, that kind of valuation suggests that the market has well and truly discovered the stock. (And then some, probably).
As for it reaching a $5 price, that would equate to a P/E multiple of a whopping ~35 times.
I'm not sure what would make the market one day happy to pay that much for the company's earnings.
