I'm not too sure about the dividend issue. The yield is
nothing to write home about but may not matter to long
term holders where the yield to purchase price is pretty
good; these holders will probably not be selling (maybe).

Recent share price trend has built up expectations that
have not been met. In the current climate this is no surprise.

The share price has not actually tanked and may be a buying opportunity.

I have been a holder many times and never been disappointed.
However, holding anything long term seems too risky.
