    Agree, he was just a NED.
    Everybody went in to pump mode from .1c-.2c to .7c-.8c with get rich quick/fomo mentality to cash out his name. The investor (or I would say punter/gambler) paying .6c in cr for a shell company with no project in hand, I thought your money your call. Now they need someone to blame their bad investment decision (or their gambling habits).
