They are really taking the piss now.

5 million 30 cent options to Jagger who has overseen a company that has been listed for 3 years and still trades under the IPO price. What a joke. No doubt if these options ever get into the money he will be converting and then selling just like he does every year with the free heavily discounted shares he and May seem to get on annual basis.

Jagger has been asleep for the last 6 months and has woken up for the AGM. His priorities have clearly not been in the right place.

I will be voting against this resolution and against the re election of Rumble and Brumley who are completely useless. They add nothing to this company.

We need new blood on the Board who are dynamic and pro active and know how capital markets work and have some sort of sense of how to effectively communicate to shareholders.

Bio-Gene is a brilliant company that has added considerable value since its IPO with some exceptional data being generated, numerous MTA's and several pending commercial agreements. But this progress is not reflected in the share price and the Board and management need a massive shake up. You can have brilliant new technology but if you don't have the right management it goes nowhere. This has proven to be the case here.
