I'm sorry, I disagree with you.
A share price in the 20's range is where this company was launched and listed.

I wouldn't be voting for them to just keep it afloat at listing price and certainly a NO vote for keeping it below for more than 90% of the listing time.
Intermittent flutters in the price upwards that don't hold, should never be considered.

The company share price should at least be in the 25's - 30 mark before I'd even think about a positive vote to just keep their jobs.
Prices north of that value might then make it worth considering a bonus.
Jagger has had far too much already. He and the others don't put in a full day let alone a full week anymore.

I think their work schedule needs looking into as well.
How can he possibly consider another board seat in the RAC if he can't even perform here?

Bonuses are for performance above and beyond what they are paid to do.
There is actually nothing that has been done that could be considered above and beyond.

Therefore I encourage all shareholders to give a strong and unequivocal "NO" vote against any "executive" directors remuneration increase or any bonus issues or payments whatsoever at the upcoming meeting.
