58% of the annual operating cash flow went to the government of Mali in one form or another. Nationalisation in disguise with remittances paid from share issues sold to unwitting investors that put their money into bubble stock markets because they are led to believe that it's the only game in town. Not only did the investors that put money into the latest raising see more than half of the company's operating cash flow syphoned into the pockets of the Mali government but 67% of the raising got syphoned straight out the door into the pockets of bankers through debt refinancing. This company has one of the fastest money revolving doors I've ever seen.Esh
