Interesting to see that TGR doesn't export to New Zealand - perhaps because of local salmon producers there - and while it exports to much of southeast Asia, it doesn't to Philippines that has heaps of expats in Manila and a growing middle class, albeit temporarily hit by coronavirus.
The 'gender pay gap' information is typical government-mandated nonsense that doesn't take into account individual years of experience and skills. If public companies want to pay person X more than person Z, then that ought be up to management, albeit that for the most highly paid (especially where STI or LTI are involved), disclosure ought be (as it is) required and 'first strike' etc. provisions ought continue to apply.
