It is worth noting Mark Brayen's remuneration is below what is being realised by the top 10 ASX 101-200 listed CEO's.
This from the remuneration report:
Remuneration is heavily weighted towards equity based LTI and the value at vesting date.
Mark Brayan's actual remuneration was $729K less than prior year.
Given the hurdle rates within the remuneration framework, and the guidance provided in recent trading update, it would seem unlikely there will be any material change.
