This is a seriously controlled entity, almost to the point that one feels this not to be publicly listed.
Partner/ investors have taken the stock off market, seemingly, and swap until done.
Retail investors can only lean back, enjoy the show and take from such display that serious interest and positioning is ongoing and interpret this as a massive positive for things to unfold when those entities have concluded their affairs.
