Posturing of not selling yourself out cheap, that is what is going on, with the US entitiy tightening the noose on the share price until both parties meet.
Ever since the active SP control in Sept, there has been a silence surrounding US activiities as this is confidential until it is not.
Only matter is when that will be, what is the trigger, while pipeline matures and deriskes.
