forget this is the same CEO who been
the architect and main driver of the record
low valuations and shareholder returns in
Mayne for the last decade. Many averages
$1.00 plus for long term investors. This CEO
has the company with two Legal actions in
two Countries. The DOJ in USA which we
have been paying Legal fees for the past 5 years. There is also a class action pending
non disclosure which this particularly arrogant
individual is renown for. We’re it his money paying legal fees I am sure would not be
happening. The Board until recently is also
a group of self serving overpaid incompetent
( Pharmaceutical ) directors. Please don’t try
and sing their praises. Richards also sold about
7m shares for a tax bill. Nolan sold $1m +
without disclosing. Corbett received a 100%
director fee increase when shares rose with
obviously now bull dust valuations for Teva
deal . Due Diligence was not done with intrinsic
valuation on cartel style robbery to patients.
Seriously they have a lot to answer for and
maybe $1b worth of shareholder losses. CEO
deserves the sack not a bonus of any kind.
