Conditions
Performance Rights issued to Mr Richards will vest where an absolute TSR growth condition is
met over the applicable period (up to five years).
20% of the Performance Rights will vest for compound annual absolute TSR growth of 8%. All
of the Performance Rights will vest for compound annual absolute TSR growth of 15% . Vesting
will occur on a straight-line basis for performance between these two points.
The Board chose the absolute TSR growth targets to align executive reward with what the
Board considers to be acceptable levels of return to Shareholders (ie between 8% and 15%
compound annual growth).
