I don't mind the strategy but feel overpaying especially if it is ongoing fro the life of their introduced customer.
I am sure NXS would say oh but they will be liaising with the surgeons and keeping them on board and maybe to a small degree but if the product is good will sell repeatedly and then NXS just need product and relationship managers.
Then again it could be a masterstroke to really get the sales team pushing it aggressively and expanding it to levels never before soon, and fast.
