Good AGM with interesting questions asked, I liked the one on Director Josephine Linden, as the interrogator asked, why does she continue to be paid a full directors fee when she consistently doesn't attend all meetings? She has been on the board for years and sitting in NY all that time, one could ask what is her value? The NY connection re Alan Dixon and URF now broken. Surely a better board member could be found. Also a q on Mercury's position and what's the future re a privatisation? The chairman shut this down really quickly.

Operations seem to be settling, all divisions doing well and corporate pipeline good (as it should be in the current market). The current litigation is an example of Lawyers chasing fees (my view), will come and go.
