    Nothing new in here so not much to comment on I believe. As outlook improves, defence contract gets crystallised, and TCV jumps accordingly - that is when I think some interest on the buy side will materialise. Bring on the defence contract being sealed in Dec / Jan! We need our TCV heading north each qtr.
