Don't believe I'm down ramping. Calling out the BS that we had to put up this whole year. And there been a fair amount this year.
Just find it weird that everyone been so exited about a JV. Well its great for the company.
But its not always a great thing for the share price. Don't expect a rally once they communicate the price of the capital raise.
