But on a serious note and upon reflection, I suspect the JV discussions were on track, but MT new there were some key hurdles which neither party were likely to move from, hence his body language when he used those words.

The negotiations likely went to the 11th hour at which point they just called it a day.

EU will present a good opportunity for some (not all) funding.

The timeframes still look like back end of next year before we see offtakes.

This has always been a long hold for me, without any delusion of massive SP increases in the short term - irrespective of what the pumpers and egotistical people on here will try lead you to believe.
