Cmon.. We all win with a JV in 2022 instead of today.
And missing deadlines doesn't matter.. Look at Tesla, they miss close to 100% of their deadlines. People don't give a **** about it.
I rather want JV in 2022 with better terms than today with bad terms.
I also rather want offtakes in 2022-2023 compared to today with todays prices. Why lock in prices today when next year you could get double that and you won't even have much production by then anyway. No need to be in a hurry with this.
