whilst I agree with your post I believe a different approach would be better
in that we sign our JV to produce 19t pa of anode get that ball rolling and then use the government for expansion
this does two things it get us up and running soon and gives the government more reason to give us billion to do the expansion knowing we already have an income
I hope this is what’s going to happen and we don’t farm out the full 100 ktpa first up
