I picked up BKW a couple of weeks ago at $22.75, when SOL would have been somewhere around $32 at the time.
Now the tables have turned a little and BKW aren’t that shy of $25, whilst the tide has gone out on SOL. Reckon at some stage you’ll see a bit of reversion to the mean, so maybe BKW comes back a little and SOL rises. But really, who can tell?
I agree that BKW is better value, but it’s pretty plain vanilla with bricks, property, and a slice of SOL.
SOL probably has more potential to do something ‘outside the box’ with their private markets strategy, so reckon having a few isn’t a bad idea at all.
That being said, I’m more heavily weighted to BKW.
