I'm getting tempted to top up my holding at these levels but have a feeling their might be faller to fall for SOL before the SP levels out. The market overreacted on the upside and it was in completely uncharted waters (on a historical basis) trading so far above it's assets per share up near $40 and now I think it might overreact on the downside. It's just hard to say how people will actually value it going forward as up until a few years ago it was very much an unloved stock in the market and trading at quite a discount to it's assets per share so even at it's current price it's still at a slight premium at a dividend yield of only 2.5 percent. I purchased my first (small) parcel at $14.50 in December 2016 at what was then a 3.5 percent fully franked dividend yield and have never paid above $18 on my top ups since.
