While we'll know in hindsight, the price drops this week have hints of capitulation.
Their last reported pre-tax NAV was around $26.4 per share, so there is now a modest premium (even if there is a slight downward adjustment to NAV for the overall markets being in red). Whether the current premium turns into a discount is anyone's guess, but that's enough of a basis for some to start to buy.
Prior to Milton, I would've probably demanded a discount because of the size of their strategic portfolio, but now they have more funds to find future entrants to their strategic portfolio.
