on a dividend yield of only 2.3%, downward share price pressure does not surprise me.
this a company that has an unsurpassed history of steady dividend growth, but not high earnings growth or high ROE,
so a div yield of 2.3% is really not good enough, for me anyway.
I'd love to buy it under $20
