Just to add my relatively impartial comments on SOL's disclosure practice.
SOL are an investment management business and the range of disclosure goes from daily reporting of NAV and transactions ( e.g. ARK in the US ) to reporting once per annum in the AR.
SOL report annually, so on the scale from best practice to worst they are in the bottom category. This also discourages me as a potential investor as regards basic transparency and displaying a customer focus.
Seems to me the average for a "hybrid" like SOL would be a monthly report of NAV, holdings summary and commentary, similar to the Wilson fund stable.
