Okay people's,

Many here know how I feel about those running this company and their inability to return anything to shareholders the recent Resolutions show us all that and is the very reason why it was done, firstly imho and thinking like a corporate what would you do the answers are right in front of all to see.

The directors of this Company have always given themselves freebies off the back off achieving nothing, the loan share plan is a perfect example.

So back to the corporate world, the directors sit at a table discussing what IF's, what if this or what if that happens.

If we get Finance we can arrange to dilute the company by 5% and give ourselves a great bonus by sharing in over 200 million shares being handed out and shared amongst directors, not bad if you can get it, one would think.

Then what can we do if we fail as we have in the past to get finance giving our track record in succeeding, well let Consolidate let's make it 20 to 1 that will ensure a healthy looking SP to all the newbies and therefore should buy as another 3 or 4 years to continue sucking the life out of those newbies why because all those past shareholders who have been burnt will sell out and then they can start the same old story all over again.

Yes think like a Corporate that enjoys a great lifestyle and the picture is much clearer.
