Seems to be a real arrogance from the Chair and disingenuous answers to the shareholder questions. Saying COE is meeting customer expectations is not really accurate unless you also mention that the only way that is done is to buy gas off third parties.
I appreciate that it is hard to answer the same question put in different ways but boy they should have seen this coming.
