I think you're right. I did wonder if I'd somehow mixed up the debt talk with the loss of mining rights talk. It was going so quickly and there's only a very small window to edit posts on here before they're locked down.

At least I understood the underlying opinion put forward by Doc 2 about the sovereign risk in Africa being overestimated, along with sovereign risk in Australia being underestimated, so that's something.
