Most of the processing plants are certainly in China. Doc got burnt once before dealing with the Chinese, not his favourite Country to negotiate with.

I find this sell down very much over done. OKU a Mali based gold explorer hasn't gone down at all. Resolute dropped about 8% compared to our quite large drop.

I'm not usually into conspiracy theories, however if they are dealing primarily with a Chinese company, I wouldn't at all put it past them to orchestrate a sell down to try & get a better deal.
