    The company has changed direction once with the new leadership and for the better (and thats exactly what management are paid to do). Or you could be like Nokia and not change direction at all and see what one of the worlds biggest companies got them. And as stated in the above comments, you should watch the webinar as all those questions answered. DYOR.
