I dont know much about Paul Murray but I have not been in favour of Andrew Bell as a director at any time. He is the CEO of an AIM company in the UK, Red Rock Resources and during his time in office has taken the sp from and equiv of 5 pounds to less than 1 penny. The admin costs of that company are huge IMO related to its size and has many failed projects.
I understand the opposition to the remuneration package revolves around the 1% bonus the CEO gets for all monies issued as dividend. So if you receive 10k he receives 100 dollars, personally I think this encourages the maximum to be distributed so I dont have a problem with it but I understand why the large shareholders do.
